About the watch

Launched to celebrate 60 years of James Bond, this 42 mm stainless steel Seamaster Diver 300M embodies the elegance and adventure of the world's most iconic secret agent. The blue anodized aluminum dial, laser-engraved with waves, is inspired by the Seamaster Diver 300M worn by Bond in the filmGoldenEyeof 1995. A unique “60” number replaces the traditional inverted triangle of the diving scale, paying homage to the anniversary.

The famous opening sequence of the Bond films, with the silhouette of the agent and the barrel of the rotating gun, is brought to life on the sapphire crystal caseback using a sophisticated microstructured metallization. The “moiré” effect of the animation matches the movement of the “lollipop” seconds hand.

Completing this exceptional timepiece is a brushed stainless steel mesh bracelet, inspired by Bond's titanium strap in the film.No Time To Die. At the heart of the watch is the OMEGA Co-axial Master Chronometer Calibre 8806 movement, synonymous with precision and absolute reliability.

Know your watch

Omega was founded over a century and a half ago, and it is a story that continues to fascinate watch enthusiasts of all generations. The second largest watch manufacturer in the world in terms of annual revenue, the Bienne-based company has been producing continuously since 1848, today under the leadership of the Swatch Group.

Founded in La Chaux-de-Fonds as La Generale Watch Co., Omega made a name for itself from the very beginning, developing the first minute repeater wristwatch in 1892 and the famous “Omega” caliber in 1894. This 19-ligne movement was revolutionary, as its parts could be replaced by any watchmaker without modification, and winding and setting the time via the crown became the industry standard.

In 1917, Omega became the official supplier to the British Royal Flying Corps, followed by the U.S. Army in 1918. Awards for accuracy became common, and in 1932 Omega was the first brand to time an entire Olympic Games. That same year, the Marine debuted, considered the first commercially available diving watch.

During World War II, Omega supplied over 100,000 watches to the British forces, becoming the largest supplier to the United Kingdom and its allies. These models, from the unusual 6B/159 to the famous WWW “Dirty Dozen”, are highly sought after by collectors today.

In 1948, the first Seamaster was launched, inheriting the robustness of the brand's military watches and becoming a symbol of reliability and legibility, both as a dress watch and, later, as a diving instrument. In 1957, the Speedmaster was released, initially intended for the world of motor racing, but which made its way into space in 1962 on the wrist of astronaut Wally Schirra. In 1969, it accompanied Buzz Aldrin to the Moon and, the following year, helped save the crew of Apollo 13 by timing a crucial maneuver.

Omega continues to produce exceptional models — from refined dress watches to the legendary Speedmaster in all its variations — representing a must-have brand for any serious collector and offering timeless value in the horological landscape.
